Jeremy Vance - SENIOR PASTOR
A native of Wisconsin, Jeremy received his B.A. in Religion at Northwestern College in Iowa, and went on to earn his Master of Divinity from Phoenix Seminary and Doctorate of Ministry from Grace School of Theology in Houston, Texas. Jeremy entered into full-time ministry as a pastor in 1994 and is ordained in the Evangelical Free Church of America. He and his wife, Jill, have four children and three grandchildren. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, writing, painting, golfing and hanging out with those he loves.

Brian Schley - ASSOCIATE PASTOR circlefacebook
Pastor Brian joined the Faith Church family in 2016. He grew up in neighboring Two Rivers and later received a BA in Psychology and Sociology from St. Norbert College, MSE from UW-Oshkosh in School Counseling, a MA in Christian Ministries from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Before his call to Faith, he spent nine years as a middle school counselor. Brian doesn’t have hobbies because he is too busy with his five girls! He loves traveling with his wife and kids, and spending time with them on the water in summer and hitting the slopes and four wheeling when the snow flies.

Isaac Benfield - WORSHIP AND CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS
Isaac has attended Faith Church since 2017. He is a Manitowoc county native and has served on worship teams since he was 12 years old. After volunteering for 7 years at Faith Church, he is excited to step into this new position. Isaac loves working with worship/tech teams and using his creative skills to minister to others. He also loves co-leading worship with his wife, Breanna, and enjoys gaming with his friends.

Julie O'Toole - CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Julie has been attending Faith Church since 2015. She grew up in Ohio where she received her Childhood Development Associate Degree and her Medical Assistant Degree. Before joining the Staff at Faith Julie worked for L.B. Clark Middle School in the special education department and serves in Crossfire. Her passion is to help children know they are loved and they are fearfully and wonderfully made by God. Julie is married to her high school sweetheart Tom and they have 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter compete in gymnastics, camping, traveling, going to Ohio to see family and hanging out with the youth group.

Darian Zastrow - EARLY CHILDHOOD DIRECTOR
Darian has attended Faith church since 2019. She grew up in Arkansas and received her degree is Early Childhood education and later received her Mid-Level Education degree as well. After graduating college, Darian taught Pre-K for one year and Fifth grade for two years. After having children of her own, she left teaching to be a stay-at-home mom. Darian is passionate about encouraging families as they walk through all the things that comes along with growing children in Christ. Darian loves spending time with her husband, Nate, and their two boys. She also enjoys a great cup of coffee, cooking new recipes, bonfires in the fall, and repurposing and painting furniture.

Carrie Brazzale - STUDENT DIRECTOR
Carrie, and her husband David, have attended Faith church since 2007. She was born and raised in
Manitowoc and is passionate about serving the youth in her community. Carrie graduated from
Cleveland Chiropractic College- Kansas City in 2007 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic and still enjoys
adjusting patients in her private practice. She is blessed to be a mom of 4 and continues to learn about the unique challenges and needs of youth as she and David raise their family. Carrie enjoys anything that involves her family and you can often find her coaching whichever sports her children are in. She also enjoys a good book, camping, bonfires, boating, water skiing, and deep, real, and raw conversation with family and friends.
